Start using Tasks

Create a project

1. Open Tasks and tap + on Home.
2. Choose Project and pick a template.
3. Give it a name, such as Work, and follow the setup steps.

Add your first task

1. Open your project and tap +.
2. Type one action, such as Book the hotel.
3. Tap the blue arrow to save it.
4. Tap the circle beside the task when it is done.

Add more only when you need it

• Need a date or notes? Add a field.
• Need stages like Planned and Active? Edit statuses.
• Need one view across projects? Create a Smart List.
