Say a task. Tap the waveform in Create Task, speak, and Apple Intelligence fills in the title, date, tags, priority and more. See how.
Type it in plain words. Dates, repeats, priorities, places and tags are recognised as you type, in English, French, German and Spanish. Type / to pick a project.
Task settings. Choose how many lines each task shows, show dates as a countdown, and pick plain or rich link previews, with a live preview. Make it yours.
Easier sharing. Invite links with roles, a join limit and an expiry, Quick add for people you already work with, re-invites and leaving a project. Share a project.
Simpler project setup. Name it, choose statuses from a template or an existing project, then pick fields. Edit any of them later from one Edit menu. Set up a project.
